SHAKHARIT
Wednesday Evenings
March 23, 30, April 6, 13
Shalom friends! I am so excited to bring you this next level in Integral Kabbalah Meditation!
Over the last six years, Torah of Awakening has grown into a vibrant, participatory online meditation community that meets almost daily on Zoom. Today, members meditate together to help awaken the spacious and healing depths of awareness that is our essence.
Now, beginning on March 23, those who are ready to take their practice to the next level can begin to learn the morning prayers, or Shakharit, in a totally new and transformative way. The practice we will learn is rooted in tradition, but it is accessible and doable by anyone, regardless of Hebrew knowledge, and will emphasize the consciousness-awakening power of the prayers.
There needs to be a clearing away of old conditioning and patterns of thought and feeling, so that the positive qualities of Presence (such as joy, spaciousness, creativity and love) can naturally manifest. This is accomplished through regular meditation.
There needs to be a kind of inner “rewiring” – we have to “build the inner temple” so to speak. This means cultivating pathways of thought and feeling that are conducive to embodying those qualities of Presence. This is the purpose of prayer and all the other upper level practices (through the ten sefirot and the twenty-two Hebrew letters).

This new morning practice course will help you bring these two essential ingredients together so that Presence is not only an experience that happens during meditation, but rather becomes more and more part of life in all its richness.
Choose the level that is right for you, and I look forward to seeing you in the group!
(If you are already a basic Nefesh member, signing up below will replace your Nefesh monthly payments.)

Or, you can switch back to basic membership at $36 per month after the course is over, and still enjoy our basic daily chanting and meditation sessions. Of course, you can cancel at any time.
I’m Already a Ruakh Member is there anything I need to do to join the morning prayers, or Shakharit?
Nope- you are all set! Just tune in on Wednesdays, from March 23 through April 13. Or, watch later- you will get the links for both the live Zooms and the videos by email and by logging in.
What if I can’t attend the Morning Practice course? Should I still join the Ruakh or Neshamah Membership?
All sessions are recorded, so you can easily tune into the course videos any time, as long as you are Mastering Presence member. So, if you are interested in this journey of learning, joining either Ruakh or Neshamah is the way to go!
